kasihya: autopsied corpse of Will Graham from NBC's Hannibal (revolutionary)
It's kind of hilariously frustrating because in the past few hours this has happened three times: I forgot that I wrote a particular scene, and that scene is actually going well, rolling along with the right momentum, and then cuts off with a note that says 'this is boring and I don't know how to continue this so I'm skipping it' and I want to go back to the past and shake myself and say 'STOP IT, I want to know what was going to happen, this is way more interesting than that scene you just spent the last two thousand words doing!'

Right now I'm in the middle of the worst-written fight scene in history, but you know why I am enjoying it? Because I'm reading it, and I know what was supposed to happen, and, even better than that: I know how to fix it. I know how to rewrite this scene so that it reads like a fight scene and not like a pile of blurry photographs. And I am SO excited to edit this monstrous pile of shit.
